Car Auction Terms & Conditions

Buyers

1. £30 Commission charged on Vehicles won Under £2000

2. £50 Commission charged on Vehicles £2000+

3. A £30 Non Refundable deposit is required after winning Bid

4. Winning bids must be paid for within 24 hours of end of auction.

5. All vehicles are sold as seen, no warranty unless stated.

 

Sellers

1. £15.00 entry fee per Vehicle

2. All cars Are HPI checked.

3. 7.5% commission charged on sold Vehicles.

4. Vehicles must be entered at least 2 working days before auction

5. Items not sold must be removed within 2 working days of auction.

6. Money for sold items will be paid directly into your account after 14 working days subject to cleared funds.
